One of the nice amenities in Spring Creek Forest is the Clubhouse. This space is great for meetings or entertainment events that are too large to hold at home. The SCF Clubhouse is available for rental to Spring Creek Forest residents only.

-- A rental fee as well as a cleaning deposit are required for an event rental.
-- The clubhouse rental fee is $100.
-- The rental check is deposited after your event.

A separate $150 Deposit check is also required. The Deposit check should be made out to Spring Creek Forest. After your event, the clubhouse will be checked to be sure it has been properly cleaned. Clean up procedures are posted in the clubhouse and must be followed. If there are no problems, the $150.00 fee is returned. The clubhouse is used almost every day so proper clean up is essential.

-- There are enough tables and chairs to seat approximately 60 people.
-- The maximum capacity is 150 people.
-- The clubhouse and pool may not be used at the same time due to insurance considerations

Book the clubhouse early for your event. Availability varies but Saturday rentals fill up very quickly.
